Urban Fitness is an independent, community-focused gym in the heart of Alnwick, dedicated to helping you become stronger, fitter and healthier.

We’re proud to be a Gymleco Show Site, showcasing premium Gymleco strength equipment alongside Matrix cardio, Concept2 and Rogue equipment. Our facility has been carefully equipped to give our members access to high-quality kit across strength, conditioning and cardiovascular training.

Whether you’re completely new to the gym, working towards a specific goal, building strength or taking your training to the next level, Urban Fitness offers a welcoming, motivating environment for all abilities.

Monday – Thursday: 6am – 9pm
Friday: 6am – 8pm
Saturday: 8am – 4pm
